Product Marketing Director - Caris Assure

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, including brand differentiation, market positioning, and growth targets across Caris Assure portfolio.
• Create and maintain content strategy to engage with key target audiences to build product awareness and drive messaging.
• Inform product marketing strategy through comprehensive analysis: gathering Voice of Customer insights, developing personas, and performing market and competitor analyses.
• Prepare for commercial launch by finalizing creative ideas, creating content strategies, and developing all launch collateral for multiple channels.
• Partner with VP of Product Marketing Commercialization to develop long-term product roadmaps and collaborate with product, sales, training, clinical, and regulatory teams to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate across key stakeholders to enable holistic messaging with upstream and downstream partners in R&D, Medical, Sales, Digital, etc.
• Partner with sales to define targeting, launch prioritization, and lead sales training on materials, content, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, science, or related field.
• 8+ years in oncology and biopharma marketing, including 5+ years leading a product marketing team.
• Experience launching and supporting existing products, owning product marketing strategy, and creating clinical marketing content.
• Experience managing agency relationships, priorities, and budgets.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, especially with sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• MBA degree.
• Clinical knowledge or understanding of oncology with marketing product launch experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, science, or related field.
• 8+ years in oncology and biopharma marketing.
• 5+ years as a leader of the product marketing function.
