We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Azazie's digital shopping experience, ensuring our website, campaigns, and customer journeys drive measurable growth in engagement, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
  • Manage lifecycle marketing channels (email, push notifications, SMS) to deliver personalized, high-performing campaigns.
  • Develop campaign calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align promotions with product launches and seasonal events.
  • Track ROI and KPIs for campaigns, promotions, and channel performance; continuously optimize for impact.
  • Define and execute website optimization strategies to improve UX, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to launch and enhance features supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze site performance, and leverage insights to improve the end-to-end shopping journey.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in e-commerce and fashion.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine messaging, promotions, and product positioning.

Requirements

  • BS in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce marketing, or digital marketing (fashion/wedding industry a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Iterable, etc.) and web analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing promotions and marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
