About the Role

Join us as the Product Marketing Manager for our process industries, where you will drive the success of our 3-Way and 4-Way product portfolios. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch to phase-out—ensuring a seamless transition at each stage. Your mission will be to develop and implement product roadmaps and strategies that promote sustainable growth and profitability. Collaborating closely with Engineering and Marketing teams, you will help build impactful roadmaps and support new product development while regionalizing global offerings. Strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance will be vital, as you provide insights to guide our enterprise strategy and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to find opportunities and customer needs.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas.
  • Refine ideas into detailed product concepts and specifications.
  • Oversee the creation of prototypes to test and validate concepts.
  • Coordinate with product marketing user testing and feedback to ensure product viability.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and coordinate product launches.
  • Manage the product launch phase, including marketing and distribution.
  • Collaborate on strategies to increase market penetration and sales.
  • Optimize product performance and profitability during the maturity phase.
  • Plan for product phase-out and transitioning customers to new solutions.
  • Gather and analyze customer use cases to understand needs.
  • Evaluate the potential impact and value of each feature.
  • Prioritize features based on available resources and strategic goals.
  • Incorporate user feedback to refine feature priorities.
  • Ensure feature development aligns with overall business goals.
  • Define the product vision and long-term goals.
  • Create detailed timelines for product development and releases.
  • Establish key milestones and deliverables for the product.
  • Keep collaborators advised and aligned with the roadmap.
  • Adjust the roadmap based on market feedback and changing priorities.
  • Specify features and functionalities of the product.
  • Define performance, security, and usability criteria.
  • Understand and document user needs and expectations.
  • Outline technical specifications and constraints.
  • Ensure the product meets all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research to understand market conditions and competition.
  • Develop pricing models to improve profitability and market share.
  • Predict future sales volumes and revenue.
  • Estimate production, development, and operational costs.
  • Create business cases to support investments and expected returns.
  • Provide detailed descriptions and benefits of the product.
  • List technical details and features.
  • Include visuals to showcase the product.
  • Offer pricing and availability information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
  • Relevant years of experience in technical sales or marketing environment with progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead and encourage outstanding effort and results from direct reports, third-party reps, and distribution channels.
  • Advanced strategic selling and negotiation skills.
  • Proven analytical, and written & oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Able to travel 60% to meet business needs.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Nice to Have

  • 10+ years' experience in technical sales or marketing environment with dynamic levels of responsibility.
