About the Role

At Sierra, we are building a platform to enable every company in the world to build their own autonomous AI agents for everything from customer service to commerce. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, and London. Key Responsibilities

Develop crystal-clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning, from messaging architecture to web copy to release marketing-level details.
Develop enablement playbooks and assets, including call decks, email templates, customer story slides, ROI slides, and partner closely with GTM leadership to ensure success.
Gain a deep understanding of our platform and product functionality, and partner with product and engineering teams to build demos that inspire customers.
Contribute across various channels and activations, including digital advertising, keynote development, and customer stories, as part of a small, goal-oriented team.

Requirements

5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Expertise in developing company and product positioning and messaging from scratch, including translating messaging into marketing artifacts and sales assets.
Experience leading product launches and release marketing efforts, including creation of external messaging and internal sales enablement content.
Familiarity with building marketing demos, from scripting and storyboarding to overseeing production.
Passion for helping sales succeed by creating assets and enablement programs.
Proficiency in building presentations using Google Slides and Keynote.
Understanding of enterprise customer needs and contexts.
