About the Role

Get Well Network is seeking an enterprising and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. This high-impact, high-autonomy role is for a strategic thinker passionate about improving healthcare through technology. The role involves shaping the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of patient engagement and care coordination solutions, including agentic AI products. The candidate will act as a critical link between products and the market, driving product innovation, market insights, and market-driven product development. The company is a global leader in digital patient engagement with over 20 years of experience, supporting patients and families across the entire care continuum, and recently introduced groundbreaking agentic AI innovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of the market to drive product innovation by supporting market and user research initiatives to uncover unmet customer needs.
  • Synthesize market data into clearly defined problem statements and partner with Product Management to inform roadmap priorities and support problem validation.
  • Own the execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for the product portfolio, including new product launches and feature releases, in partnership with the Director of Product Marketing.
  • Define target audiences, key messaging, and channel strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Sales to operationalize product-led sales motions such as free trials or freemium experiences to drive user adoption and pipeline creation.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated product positioning and messaging that articulates the value proposition of Get Well Network's solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales enablement teams, arming them with messaging, value propositions, and market intelligence for effective sales tools and training.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to inform positioning and product direction, including conducting win/loss analysis and persona development.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Act as a spokesperson and evangelist for the product portfolio, presenting at industry events, webinars, and to key customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience in healthcare technology (HealthTech) or B2B SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of provider, health system, payor, and ACO end markets.
  • Proven experience marketing products related to patient engagement, care coordination, or similar healthcare software solutions.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Experience designing or managing product-led growth initiatives such as free trials, freemium models, or product-qualified leads (PQLs).
  • Strong understanding and passion for AI, including agentic AI, and its potential to transform healthcare.
  • Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies for a product portfolio.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Highly autonomous, enterprising, and comfortable working independently with ownership of a portfolio.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and evolving industry.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI technologies and agentic AI solutions.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) initiatives such as free trials, freemium models, or PQLs.
  • Experience in healthcare software solutions related to patient engagement or care coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant product marketing experience in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS.
