Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, user personas, and developer pain points to inform messaging, campaigns, and product development priorities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, datasheets, and FAQs, to empower the go-to-market organization.
• Provide input on naming strategy, pricing, packaging, and offers based on market research and customer feedback to support product adoption and expansion.
• Define clear success metrics for product launches and marketing campaigns, track performance, review results, and optimize tactics.
• Partner with product, marketing communications, and sales teams to define and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and sales outreach.
• Collaborate with product and marketing leadership to understand and manage the marketing roadmap aligned with the product roadmap.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external audiences to foster alignment and transparency.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and drive progress despite changing priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of success in product marketing, ideally in a multi-product software company, with a track record of effective go-to-market execution.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies within an agile framework, focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to internal and external audiences.
• Experience in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Proficiency in creating compelling demos, presentations, and narratives that illustrate technical products and their business outcomes.
• Understanding of developer personas and the ability to communicate the value of development platforms.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently on complex, ambiguous projects.
• Creative mindset with openness to experimentation and innovation.
• Interest in emerging technologies and future trends to inform marketing strategies.
