Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the B2B marketing strategy for key audiences collaborating closely with product, sales teams, internal and external agency partners.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop messaging and creative assets to deliver the campaign strategy.
  • Produce sales materials such as product sell sheets, pitch decks, FAQs, demos, videos, technical slides, and other assets that enhance client conversations.
  • Lead the execution of key tactics to generate leads marketing campaigns leveraging the organization's paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Organize measurement, lead management, and reporting to evaluate performance of efforts and its impact on business results and recommend optimizations.
  • Support activities around key events and develop bespoke activations to help drive sales efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget and assist with the annual planning process.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • Strong planning, organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Track-record managing B2B marketing campaigns, leveraging MarTech to conduct and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Honed storytelling capabilities with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator eager to add new ideas with an open mind and roll up their sleeves to execute.
  • Experience managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors.

Nice to Have

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset that approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, flexibility and appropriate urgency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
