Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage our platform's core feature releases for trainers and clients from concept, strategy, to execution, and reporting.
  • Execute on the GTM strategy and launch new product & feature releases; including writing launch blogs, brainstorming social concepts, writing and building out emails and in-app messages, creating product tours, and updating product notes.
  • Lead the adoption campaign strategy for Core features, execute on the plan, and report on metrics.
  • Assist in building out onboarding experiences via in-app journeys, checklists, and email journeys.
  • Be ready to execute a product campaign from start to finish, including copywriting, designing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Create emails and workflows in Hubspot and Intercom, managing multiple segments and campaigns.
  • Design and create product graphics, mobile and web screens for campaigns.
  • Own and lead the execution of monthly feature round-ups email.
  • Create and manage a new product feature recap webinar.
  • Assist in the execution of a new product preview event.
  • Deliver industry, market, competitive, and product insights to support product roadmap and campaign development.
  • Survey and conduct interviews with customers to understand needs and pain points.
  • Produce case studies and testimonials highlighting customer success.
  • Become familiar with common and overlooked use cases for the product and customer usage patterns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of prior B2B product marketing/management experience in the technology/software space (or equivalent skills and knowledge).
  • Experience implementing product go-to-market plans with examples of work to share.
  • Ability to craft clear and compelling value propositions and messaging.
  • Ability to create and manage email campaigns and workflows.
  • Proficiency with (or willingness to learn) Hubspot, Intercom, Asana, Figma, and MixPanel.
