About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager at Carnegie Learning is responsible for supporting the creation and execution of the Go-to-Market strategy and market positioning of multiple products within the Mathematics portfolio. This role involves developing compelling collateral, sales tools, and campaign assets to drive awareness, engagement, and sales conversations, with a focus on building awareness among district and school buyers to generate sales engagements. The position collaborates with Product Management, Sales, and Sales Enablement teams to define and deliver effective marketing materials and leverage market insights to achieve product revenue goals. The role is ideal for a self-starter passionate about education, capable of translating complex product capabilities into clear, customer-focused messages, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and deliver collateral, presentations, and campaign assets for multiple mathematics products to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Ensure all GTM assets are accurate, aligned to strategy, and consistent in tone and visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Support product launches, sales initiatives, and state adoptions with targeted content and enablement materials.
  • Leverage data and market insights to refine messaging and asset effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Experience in K-12 mathematics education.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Proven ability to work successfully with sales, product management, and customer success teams.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive projects forward.
