Product Marketing Manager GSS

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate comprehensive service strategies for each product line to drive activity across functional groups within GSS, regions, and product divisions.
• Establish revenue targets and plans to meet those targets.
• Participate in design reviews and develop requirements for design-for-service and the service business roadmap to ensure product performance in reliability, availability, cost of service, measurement performance, and tool-to-tool matching.
• Lead execution of service revenue plans and review progress regularly with GSS management, making course corrections as needed.
• Develop differentiated service product offerings, create service programs, pricing, and revenue targets for new products, and develop collateral to support pricing and service value.
• Understand each product’s use-case within the fab to align service strategy with expected tool use case.
• Define enhanced service offerings, including multi-tool fleet management and data analytics, incorporating innovative technologies such as AI, machine learning, and remote support.
• Drive cross-functional programs for product improvements, monitor cost of service, and contribute to managing tool-down field critical issues.
• Work directly with tool end-users to uncover unmet needs and promote the value of service, ensuring needs are met in accordance with the product strategy.
• Research competitive product and service offerings and position KLA solutions to maximize value while recognizing customer alternatives.
• Ensure internal systems accurately integrate all service products, including price lists, coverage, analytics, fleet management, and other options.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or greater; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial experience, including direct knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing.
• Established track record of business ownership in sales or marketing roles.
• Experience with direct end-customer interaction.
• International business experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to conduct effective presentations under pressure.
• Analytical skills, including the ability to draw business conclusions from complex datasets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Hardworking with a desire to work in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• MBA and/or business/marketing education.
• Master's degree and 8 years related work experience or Bachelor's degree and 10 years related work experience.
• Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and remote support technologies.
