About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager at mophie, part of ZAGG Inc, will help shape how the world perceives, understands, and experiences mophie's products. This role involves bridging product and brand from concept to shelf, bringing energy, insight, and cohesion to every product launch. It is a high-impact position suited for a strategic and creative marketer with 3-5 years of experience, working within a company known for innovation in consumer tech and mobile accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new mophie products by bringing clarity, creativity, and confidence to every launch.
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Digital, Channel, and Sales teams to deliver cohesive 360° campaigns.
  • Build clear, compelling product positioning, messaging, and storytelling that differentiate products at retail, online, and in consumers' hands.
  • Act as the brand guardian and voice of the product to ensure all assets align with mophie's brand guidelines.
  • Gather and apply customer insights to shape messaging, packaging, and post-launch performance.
  • Improve the out-of-the-box experience to reflect the premium brand promise.
  • Track competitor trends and product strategies to stay ahead of the market.
  • Gather and leverage customer insights, surveys, and competitive data to inform positioning, GTM plans, and future product development.
  • Serve as the key link between product, marketing, and retail by aligning timelines, assets, and messaging.
  • Support Channel Marketing with assets and tailored messaging for partners.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver compelling content across touchpoints.
  • Manage monthly sales NPI decks, provide updates, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Measure the impact of launches and campaigns, then apply learnings.
  • Capture consumer reviews and feedback to refine messaging and inspire advocacy.
  • Assist in monthly team updates, product spotlights, and internal communications.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role, preferably in consumer electronics or tech accessories.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
  • A portfolio of successful product launches driven by strong brand storytelling.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social platforms; experience with Shopify, Amazon, or big box retail is a bonus.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Analytical skills to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passion for mobile tech, emerging trends, and the mophie mission.
