Product Marketing Program Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the charge for all product and solution launches, ensuring go-to-market plans align with overall business goals by coordinating go-to-market activities across sales, marketing, and support
• Maintain a transparent release cycle with stakeholder inputs
• Utilize a shared product roadmap across teams
• Ensure consistent product positioning strategy
• Manage campaign and content calendars
• Ensure brand messaging aligns with the product experience
• Establish consistent processes, structures, and frameworks for product launches and business reviews in collaboration with marketing and cross-functional leaders
• Communicate a clear vision of project objectives
• Build strong relationships to refine cross-functional project plans and identify required tasks
• Lead regular project meetings, provide status updates, and present project results
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
• Identify and address inefficiencies and gaps before they become blockers
• Set and enforce deliverable schedules to ensure on-time and in-scope program delivery
• Implement proper governance to meet project objectives
• Deliver strategic insights, solutions to challenges, and recommendations based on business analyses

Requirements

• BA or BS in marketing, business management, operations management, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and program management
• Knowledge of Project Management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and familiarity with program management tools like Slack and Jira
• Experience in building and deploying processes and release schedules
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels with professionalism and business acumen
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills
• Highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS, or other IT environments
• MBA
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Change Management certification
• Experience with program management tools like Slack and Jira

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in relevant fields
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Change Management are preferred
