About the Role

Product Marketing Specialist at Comcast Advertising Media Solutions, responsible for amplifying client-facing products to prospective advertisers, marketers, Sales, and Sales Development. The role involves explaining product positioning, multiscreen value propositions, competitive claims, and the TV ecosystem, while driving product feedback and supporting product commercialization efforts within the Global Marketing & Insights organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amplify the voice of Product Marketing in Central and Pacific regions, working closely with Product subject matter experts and related stakeholders to develop deep product knowledge.
  • Own the feedback loop for one or more client-facing products, sharing customer, Sales, and Sales Development feedback and enhancement ideas with the product owner.
  • Partner with teams in Global Marketing & Insights, Change Management, Strategic Communications, Learning & Performance, and others to provide content that clarifies product positioning, capabilities, and competitive claims.
  • Own the role of Field Lead for related stakeholder teams such as Inventory/Yield, Ampersand, Affiliate, etc.
  • Participate in all Product Marketing Team calls including weekly updates, monthly Product Updates for Leaders, and competitive positioning training.
  • Understand operating principles and make them the guidelines for job performance.
  • Own the customer experience by prioritizing customer needs, providing seamless digital options, and promoting products and services.
  • Be enthusiastic learners and advocates of technology, products, and services, especially digital tools and experiences.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve results and growth, and promote inclusion and diversity.
  • Engage in the Net Promoter System by participating in feedback activities to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Product marketing experience with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of product positioning and competitive positioning.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant coursework or extensive professional experience may be considered.
  • Ability to develop deep product knowledge related to streaming and traditional TV inventory, reporting, and platforms (e.g., myResults).
  • Strong communication skills to explain product capabilities and competitive claims.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in media sales or ad tech industry.
  • Familiarity with multiscreen TV advertising and data-driven marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or extensive related professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
