We are seeking a dynamic and driven Deep News Law360 Authorities and Pulse Specialist to join our sales team, responsible for selling premium news service products primarily to corporate legal and compliance departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for Law360 Authorities and Pulse with corporate legal and compliance departments.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targeted sales metrics.
  • Leverage understanding of the legal industry to tailor sales approaches and strategies.
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for prospective customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the Law360 Authorities and Pulse news service.
  • Tailor demonstrations to address specific client needs and pain points, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales representatives and other team members to support a cohesive team selling strategy.
  • Share insights, market intelligence, and best practices to enhance the overall sales team's performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing clients to expand the Law360 product portfolio.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position products effectively in the market.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to maintain accurate records and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Have a degree with a business and technology component.
  • Have proven experience in product demonstration and sales, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
  • Have experience in creating cross-selling strategies and product bundling.
  • Be able to advise on best practices whilst writing documentation to a high standard.
  • Be self-motivated with a desire to develop professionally whilst continuously improving personal and team performance.
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Power Point skills.
  • Be experienced in designing and developing reports and dashboards in a visually appealing way.
  • Have the ability to digest information from multiple streams, identifying patterns that could bring value to the business.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Be highly organized, with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Experience with sales tools and CRM systems.
