We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. The Senior Account Manager role is an important player in our team and is the main contact for the client, other agencies, and internally within Merkle. The Senior Account Manager will maintain client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients using account management. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the daily process of our clients' marketing strategies. We are looking for partnership with our client partners and Merkle partners, being a liaison between the teams to accomplish and meet our goals. By ensuring marketing and support activities are accomplished, the Senior Account Manager directly impacts the success of our clients and Merkle.
