Key Responsibilities

Interface with the engineering, operations, and procurement teams to build accurate costs for new products in order to meet customer expectations for turnaround time on quotations for new products.
Support product cost and market price analysis in coordination with the product manager to improve margins and closure rates on quotes and contract pricing agreements - achieve a minimum 15% quote closure rate on relevant product lines.
Provide sales support in the form of samples and product-related information to the sales team, our distributor network, and end customers. Ensure rapid delivery of required sales samples and industry-leading marketing material to support field operations.
Provide marketing communications support as directed by the Product Manager - build and execute a plan that includes a minimum of 1 marketing content release per quarter.
Provide project management support as directed by the Product Manager - ensure Value Based Product Development (VBPD) projects and product launches are executed in accordance with the product roadmap.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Core Product Group Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Product Management, Pricing, Sales, or Customer Service in the Aerospace industry.
Familiarity with electrical interconnect products is a plus.
Approximately 10% travel required.

Qualifications

BS/BA Degree or Equivalent.
