Key Responsibilities

  • Support the global product manager in capturing ideas and defining new product technical requirements based on customer needs and portfolio understanding.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to sales, marketing teams, and customers regarding the portfolio and applications.
  • Assist in the entire product development process from requirement specification and ROI evaluation to product launch, including creating launch documents and training teams.
  • Support customer development efforts and resolve customer issues, which may involve visiting customer sites.
  • Deliver product and application training to internal teams and customers.
  • Analyze market, product, and competitor data and prepare documentation to support sales, marketing, and customer development.
  • Collaborate on defining go-to-market strategies and necessary tools or resources to support sales growth.
  • Work with factory teams (manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction and portfolio execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or business experience as a product specialist, product manager, application engineer, or similar, with electrification products.
  • Solid understanding of electrical power systems, applications, and terminology, especially in utility and OEM markets.
  • Experience in marketing and sales strategy.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate them in technical, commercial, and layman's terms.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or business management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including some international travel.
  • Must have work authorization to work in the US.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with electrical power systems and related applications.
  • Experience in utility and OEM markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or business management (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in product management, engineering, or business roles.
