About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define the reporting and analytics requirements for enterprise-wide digital transformation programs (e.g., AI deployment, workflow automation, system modernization).
• Partner with BI teams to ensure reporting aligns with actual clinical and operational workflows.
• Validate that reporting artifacts reflect the intended impact of transformation efforts.
• Develop insight narratives that explain how digital transformation is improving care, efficiency, or outcomes.
• Present metrics, trends, and milestones to executive stakeholders (VPs, C-suite) in a way that is actionable and digestible.
• Serve as the trusted translator between AI/technical teams and executive leadership.
• Leverage deep clinical workflow knowledge to ensure that AI-enabled reporting and KPIs remain grounded in real-world practice.
• Identify where metrics may misrepresent or oversimplify clinical/operational impact, and work with analytics teams to refine.
• Gather feedback from department leaders to refine reporting needs.
• Act as the single point of contact for executive inquiries about digital transformation performance metrics.
• Maintain alignment between transformation program goals and the insights being communicated.

Requirements

• 10+ years in clinical operations, informatics, or workflow optimization.
• Experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, or data storytelling.
• Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation and AI adoption impacts.
• Comfortable translating complex initiatives into actionable executive insights.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Looker, or similar tools (consumer-level proficiency).
• Deep empathy for both clinicians and executives.
• Skilled communicator who understands the context behind every metric.
• Trusted guide who ensures transformation stories are both true and compelling.
• Strategic thinker who sees data as a narrative, not just numbers.
