Product Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains the Customer/Item Database by acquiring inventory, pricing the inventory, and ensuring the sale of each product obtained.
• Establishes objectives for ticket and product purchases.
• Reconciles daily sales, purchase orders, and inventory.
• Leads the team for specified events.
• Track and manage portfolio inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-3 years Market Analysis experience, preferred but not required
• Ticket sales in concerts or sporting venues, preferred but not required
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly over telephone, via email and in person
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent leadership
• Computer skills in Microsoft Suite
• Judgment and problem-solving skills based on analysis of figures, data, trends, and results of various types
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop pricing
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing
• Associate's Degree (Required)
• Ability to commute to Mission, KS (Required)
• Available to work the shift from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, including one weekend day with one weekday off

Nice to Have

• Experience in market analysis
• Experience in ticket sales at concerts or sporting venues
