About the Role

Join Thomson Reuters as a Product Specialist, AI, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge AI solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to support at-risk customers, enhance product adoption, and drive engagement through personalized and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support at-risk customers by addressing their challenges with Thomson Reuters AI products to enhance product value realization.
  • Drive post-sale product adoption by understanding customer needs and demonstrating the benefits of GenAI solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, educate on AI product usage, and assist in workflow integration.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and proactively reach out to sustain engagement and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed activity goals while driving revenue growth and maintaining flexibility in changing priorities.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction or retention, ensuring positive experiences for law firm clients.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of GenAI products, workflows, and industry trends, accurately logging customer information in business systems.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required, with 5+ years of preferred legal experience.
  • Proven customer-facing experience, ideally within the legal technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build robust customer relationships.
  • Ability to deliver effective product training and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CoCounsel and AI-Assisted Research products is advantageous.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with effective collaboration skills across internal teams.
  • Proficient in using remote training technologies such as MS Teams, WebEx, and Webcast, with experience in tracking and reporting key performance indicators.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CoCounsel and AI-Assisted Research products.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Juris Doctor (JD).
