About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including technical features, functionalities, and target audience.
Continuously expand knowledge of the product line.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders.
Track customer shipments and confirm receipt.
Collect, organize, and maintain accurate asset information, including location, condition, performance, and maintenance history.
Analyze historical data and forecast customer demands.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships cross-functionally with product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate's degree in business or equivalent.
1-3 years of professional experience.
Logistics background preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with NetSuite a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to travel and attend trade shows.
Strong conflict resolution skills.

Qualifications

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $60,000 - $70,000.
