Product Specialist (Hybrid)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for power conversion products by completing all tasks outlined in the NPI Procedure.
• Communicate with international team members and business partners to coordinate NPI activities.
• Assist in special projects related to the product life cycle.
• Complete accurate data entry in various systems related to product management.
• Maintain product lead time reports and upload them to Dynamics.
• Enter new part numbers into MS Dynamics according to the company's data integrity rules.
• Track and report on product launch activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year administrative experience performing highly detail-oriented and organized work.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to comprehend and explain technical information to team members, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience utilizing and navigating an ERP system required.
• Experience with MS Dynamics and Jira is a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Nice to Have

• Product or project management experience.
