About the Role

The Product Specialist role is based in Alpharetta, GA, with remote options, and involves leading technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions within the Martech space. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design integrations with platforms like Adobe Experience Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, mentoring developers, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions.
Design and implement integrations with MarTech platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM.
Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to define technical requirements and delivery plans.
Mentor and guide a team of developers.
Participate in client workshops and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Drive continuous improvement in development practices and solution delivery.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Martech.
3+ years of experience in campaign and offer management application development.
Experience with platforms like Naehas.
Strong understanding of data modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
