Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Global Partial Knee Product Management Organization
- Collaborate with surgeon customers, sales representatives and cross functional stakeholders within Zimmer Biomet
- Support growth in the partial knee segment by focusing on the four P's
- Conduct competitive and financial analysis
- Update product information literature
- Support medical and sales education events
- Address field inquiries from both surgeon customers and sales representatives
Requirements
- Ability to communicate both orally and in written form with a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and influence others through detailed knowledge of orthopedic and medical device industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detailed knowledge of medical device business including science, products, research, commercialization, manufacturing, marketing, and sales
- Detailed knowledge of orthopedic market, products within assigned group, surgical process, selling process, regulatory process, development process, and marketing strategies
- Capable of understanding expectations and quickly acting on them
- Able to identify workflow issues and summarize requirements
- Ability to learn new computer systems quickly
- Knowledge of DCS, JDE, Live Link & Impromptu preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required; marketing emphasis preferred
- 4+ years of marketing experience preferred
