Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Product Support Representative to join their esteemed team. Key Responsibilities

Provide top-notch support for our client's compliance monitoring products.
Configure software remotely to meet customer needs and offer post-support assistance.
Train users to optimize software utility and address any UNO-related tasks.
Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex issues.
Assist with data uploads for patient remediation.
Communicate customer concerns to Recall Managers effectively.

Requirements

Strong conflict management and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in software and computer technical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and troubleshooting software/hardware.
Familiarity with Windows and mobile operating systems like Android and iOS.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in IT or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years in product support or related fields.
