About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leading projects to success by taking total responsibility for the overall success of major projects, guiding teams in each phase to achieve outcomes that exceed clients' expectations and meet JLL's commercial objectives.
• Establishing an effective organisational structure for reporting, communication, and working procedures for each project.
• Ensuring that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place.
• Leading a motivated project team that is eager to contribute and in sync with stakeholders' mind-sets.
• Attending project meetings, submitting monthly reports, and monitoring project budgets.
• Maintaining strong and positive relationships with clients by identifying their needs, requirements, and constraints.
• Supporting the preparation of project management proposals and building rapport with prospects.
• Creating a network of professional consultants to deliver project scope.
• Handling contract administration of all vendors professionally and according to legal requirements.
• Identifying project risks and mitigating them.
• Developing project-related reports, analyses, and reviews regularly.

Requirements

• Degree in any property-related discipline.
• At least 10 to 12 years' experience in design, construction, or project management.
• Technology-savvy with experience using a range of technology platforms to deliver projects.
• Deep understanding of the legal environment related to planning, commercial aspects, and delivery of projects.
• Superior communication skills to handle complex conversations with business owners, senior executives, and decision makers.
• Ability to build team relationships and interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Driven to succeed and love achieving challenging goals.
• A structured and organized approach to work.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or related industries.
• Experience in leading large-scale projects in a global or complex environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in property-related discipline.
