About the Role

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Program Manager, AI & Data through July 10th, 2025, 11:59 p.m. (CDT). This role is part of the Global Marketing, Service, and Technology organization and will work closely with product teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Trading departments to lead GenAI and Agentic AI strategy, align with enterprise data goals, and drive AI tool adoption. You'll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage data & AI governance, and enable scalable AI use across product lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and technical fluency in AI and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of a cohesive GenAI and Agentic AI strategy across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Trading.
  • Ensure alignment with foundational data architecture and enterprise AI objectives.
  • Facilitate the Sales & Product Management (SPM) Platform's GenAI Steering Committee and serve as the primary liaison between SPM and Enterprise AI teams to coordinate GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives.
  • Oversee Responsible AI governance through Credo.ai.
  • Enable end users to adopt and scale AI capabilities effectively across product lines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, data strategy, or program management.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, data architecture, and AI governance.
  • Deep understanding of marketing, sales, and customer service business processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital products in Agile environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in enterprise AI platforms (i.e., Azure AI).
  • Experience deploying Agentic AI solutions.
  • Experience with data architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Working knowledge of Python or SQL for data and AI workflows.
  • Certifications in AI/ML, Program Management (e.g., PMP), or Responsible AI.
