The Program Manager, AI & Digital Customer Experience LCS, will lead digital and AI strategy initiatives to enhance customer experiences and support sustainability goals, working closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Responsibilities

Define and activate the digital customer experiences strategy, including a 3-year roadmap, sustainability strategy, and AI strategy.
Develop an understanding of Digital Customer Experience for services and become an expert in AI to build digital services business models and sustainability digital solutions.
Lead collaboration across teams in an Agile process using tools such as Jira to develop new digital experiences that meet financial and digital goals.
Engage customers to test digital experiences, including VOC, advocate for customers, and develop best practices to operationalize digital strategies and Gen AI & digital solutions for industrial customers.
Act as program leader for AI and Digital initiatives, aligning multiple teams (Market Intelligence, Operations, IT, Business, Sustainability, Customer Experience) to guide Services Digital Strategy.
Lead program readouts on the status of digital initiatives and performance against digital and financial metrics.
Work with the organization to advance large-scale projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Experience in commercial customer-facing roles for a services selling environment (typically 5+ years).
Experience launching and supporting products and services (typically 5+ years).
Experience with design thinking methodology, conducting customer VOC, and leading customer journey mapping (typically 5+ years).
Experience managing projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control (typically 5+ years).

Nice to Have

Experience with digital and AI solutions in industrial or services contexts.
Familiarity with Agile processes and tools such as Jira.
Strong understanding of customer experience strategies and digital transformation.
