Program Manager - Data Center Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programs associated within area of responsibility.
• Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
• Engage with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders to drive resolution.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by learning and adopting best practices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ years industry experience OR 2+ years industry experience and college course work.
• 2+ years' experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or working in physical IT infrastructures.
• Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Applicable certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CompTIA are a plus.
• Ability to follow and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.

Qualifications
