About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of organizational processes and generate daily reports for customer services.
• Prepare weekly reports for both customer and organization metrics.
• Create monthly reports for organizational and customer metrics.
• Coordinate various project activities including gathering and reviewing data, compiling and formatting data, and obtaining necessary approvals to meet management timelines.
• Analyze and update work plans and schedules.
• Develop methodologies, procedures, and systems for project tracking and reporting.
• Develop and update project progress and status reports.
• Manage the progress of complex projects within budget and schedule guidelines.
• Track project issues and risks, document progress, and prepare status reports and metrics.
• Communicate critical project dates and coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create work schedules and maintain active work planning using Gantt charts and related tracking methods.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required.
• Ability to analyze and update work plans and schedules.
• Experience in developing project tracking and reporting methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical projects involving carriers, customer contacts, and internal resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work directly with leadership.
• Self-motivated and a self-learner.
• Preferred prior telecom experience.
