Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report inventory to meet project requirements
  • Assist Project Management teams in the coordination and successful delivery of assigned projects
  • Serve as both a Catalent advocate and a client advocate, ensuring balanced representation of interests
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service when engaging with internal and external clients
  • Manage client communications, including email correspondence and video calls in Teams, ensuring clear, timely, and professional interactions
  • Attend internal and client meetings, video calls, site visits, and audits. Capture meeting minutes, track action items, and assist in generating required project documentation
  • Receive, monitor, and manage client-supplied label text, randomizations, drugs, components, and materials, ensuring timely delivery to internal functions
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education Diploma is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a Customer Service or related business function is preferred
  • Prior exposure to project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role will be advantageous
  • A professional project management qualification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2, Foundation or equivalent) is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-15 pounds

  • Exposure to project coordination or administrative support roles
  • Professional project management qualification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2, Foundation or equivalent)
