Job Description

About the Role

The Project Coordinator role is to support the People Development Manager and Senior Consultants across the full lifecycle of activities within the line of business. The role involves coordination and delivery activities to ensure clients receive excellent service from Connor and the delivery team, supporting associate onboarding, project coordination, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tracking all work via the line of business work plan and sales pipeline to maintain an accurate overview of upcoming and past client delivery.
  • Managing delivery and Zoom calendars to prevent conflicts in scheduling.
  • Coordinating all client projects end to end alongside the project manager, if applicable.
  • Completing accurate administration related to all projects, including VoicePrint setup, chasing, printing, and binding.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all associate queries.
  • Managing associate availability for delivery and distributing associate rate cards.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new associates to ensure smooth and efficient setup.
  • Participating in community calls and events.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Comfortable working across organizational levels, from HR Directors to other staff.
  • Demonstrable project coordination experience with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Practical, pragmatic, and hands-on approach, thriving under pressure and responsibility.
  • Background or qualification in HR, Learning & Development, or Psychology.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and client coordination.
  • Familiarity with project administration tools and processes.
