Project Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily audits of organizational processes, daily reports for customer services, weekly reports for both customer and organization metrics, and monthly reports for organization and customer metrics.
• Coordinate various assigned project activities including gathering and reviewing data, compiling and formatting data into finished products, and obtaining necessary approvals to meet management timelines.
• Coordinate day-to-day project management activities and tasks working directly with leadership to accomplish organizational goals.
• Analyze and update work plans and schedules.
• Develop methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce project tracking and reporting.
• Develop and update project progress and status reports.
• Manage the progress of complex projects and processes within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
• Track project issues and risks, document progress, and prepare status reports such as metrics and summaries.
• Communicate critical project dates and coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create work schedules and maintain active work planning using tools like Gantt charts and related tracking methods.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite is a must.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate technical projects involving multiple carriers, customer contacts, and internal resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive and fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to work directly with leadership.
• Preferred prior telecom experience.
• Self-Learner and Self-Motivated.
