Project Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Order entry into the ERP system for all orders except Spares
• Create and control project budgets when scope requires
• Manage all GL projects including order confirmation and customer communication regarding delivery, downpayments, technical questions, and clarifications
• Handle warranty issues or requests from customers in conjunction with Aftermarket
• Represent Glide-Line projects at DVM's three times a week
• Manage Glide-Line scope including COR control and participate in launch meetings when scope requires
• Forecast material resources based on sales pipeline
• Monitor PO Dashboard for late parts or RMA issues impacting operations and communicate with relevant parties
• Prepare internal shipment documentation
• Own pre-engineered and Marco product line orders, including order confirmation, PO placement, and releasing stock orders
• Manage project revenue recognition and close-out steps per SOX SOP
• Monitor vendor deliveries, report shipments to customers and Supply Chain, and close out shipments
• Report and forecast GGOB / Revenue
• Own project close-out and shipment in ERP system in accordance with SOX narrative
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, reporting safety violations or concerns immediately
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, CIP meetings, and problem-solving activities
• Provide feedback for process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve success
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills
