The position is remote, with a duration from 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2027, and involves part-time work evaluated based on deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with national teams, government agencies, international organizations, academia, civil society, development partners, and UNSD and EAPD staff to ensure effective delivery of training and advisory services.

  • Identify opportunities for outreach and advocacy in-country and regionally, and develop communication materials for stakeholder engagement and policy integration.

  • Prepare a comprehensive progress review report to be submitted by 31 October 2027 for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in statistics, economics, sociology, or a related field, or a first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience.
