About the Role

Provides project and financial support to all levels of leadership, including the CEO, COO, and CNO. Assists in the development and ongoing management of annual operating and capital budgets, analyzes variances, and communicates areas of concern to leadership. Leads complex department and hospital-wide projects focused on department-specific initiatives, capital acquisition, and financial planning. Liaises with various hospital departments and external vendors, managing multiple impactful projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provides project and financial support to hospital leadership, including the CEO, COO, and CNO.
Assists in developing and managing annual operating and capital budgets, including analyzing variances and communicating concerns.
Leads complex department and hospital-wide projects focused on initiatives, capital acquisition, and financial decision support.
Liaises with hospital departments such as finance, supply chain, accounting, and external vendors.
Manages multiple projects that significantly impact the hospital as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business, Management, Finance, Accounting).
Three to five years post-baccalaureate experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.
Ideal candidate will possess or be enrolled in an MBA/MHA degree program.
No licensure or certification required.
Employees may operate vehicles for business purposes as a 'non-frequent driver'.
