About the Role

As a Project Integrator, you support a project from concept to completion, managing, integrating, and tracking various projects and project managers throughout the program. The role involves ensuring effective communication to meet program goals and quality standards, with opportunities to influence meaningful missions and develop program strategy. The position is at Booz Allen, emphasizing continuous growth and resource support to succeed in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, integrate, and track the various projects and project managers throughout the program.
Ensure effective communication to help the program achieve its goals and meet quality standards.
Support the development and maintenance of program strategy.
Assist in analyzing project progress and resolving issues across workstreams.

Requirements

7+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering IT projects.
7+ years of experience with DoD IT Project Management.
Knowledge of project and program management practices in the DoD.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and help lead a team.
Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams.
Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies.
Experience with the development of RFIs and RFPs.
Experience supporting the review of vendor proposals within identified service areas.
Knowledge of vendor management to ensure vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements are aligned.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
