The company is currently seeking a Project Integrator for a federal government contract, offering a full-time, onsite position with an upcoming unfunded contract and a salary range of $150,000 to $190,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean Agile development teams, including generating sprint plans.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, including software development.
  • Translate agency requirements into system requirements and define MVPs, features, and user stories within an Agile framework.
  • Ensure schedule and delivery commitments are met within budget constraints.
  • Develop and maintain long-term and strategic objectives to meet future end-user requirements.
  • Use Jira to manage backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
  • Monitor progress of multiple concurrent projects and requirements, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences through briefings and reports.
  • Coordinate with reporting systems for system status notifications and deployment approvals.
  • Participate in all Lean Agile scrums, sprints, and grooming sessions.
  • Coordinate program management activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings.
  • Create and maintain Project Management Review (PMR) slides.
  • Understand cloud environments such as AWS or Azure and estimate deployment costs.
  • Collaborate with security, testing, and other teams to provide system information and technical support.
  • Create, manage, and update Jira tickets, ensuring applications/services are current and accredited.
  • Report sprint metrics, burn-up charts, features, and user stories.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading Lean Agile development teams and generating sprint plans.
  • Experience in technical project management with full lifecycle software development.
  • Ability to translate agency requirements into system requirements and define MVPs, features, and user stories.
  • Proficiency with Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
  • Experience monitoring multiple projects and requirements, recommending corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of risk identification, management, and mitigation.
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to varied audiences in briefings and reports.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of cost estimation for system deployment.
  • Experience coordinating with security, testing, and other operational teams.
  • Familiarity with change and configuration management processes and tools.
  • Active relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+ Network and Security.

Nice to Have

  • Recent experience with the agency's Lean Agile methodology.
  • Experience managing top-line charts, sprint burn-up charts, and sprint goals.
  • Experience with agency data repositories like Segmentation Service, SecOps Pipeline, and JIRA Workflow.
  • Experience participating in all Agile ceremonies including grooming sessions.
  • Understanding of cloud environments like AWS or Azure and cost estimation.
  • Experience with security operations, testing, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

  • Active US citizenship.
  • Current active TSSCI FS polygraph security clearance.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+ Network and Security.
