Key Responsibilities

Standing at the forefront of project delivery by assembling and leading project teams, establishing effective organisational structure and working procedures.
Managing and monitoring the different stages of projects from pre-design to completion.
Facilitating negotiations, analyses and meetings with authorities.
Creating lasting client relationships by identifying and working around client needs and constraints, representing their interests, and retaining new business contacts and repeat business.
Promoting JLL by representing the company throughout the project and engaging with prospects, landlord clients, investor networks, and industry associations.
Engaging confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Driving team contribution and managing team members effectively.

Requirements

Degree in a relevant property-related discipline.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in design, construction and project management.
In-depth understanding of local codes and legislation.
Ability to carry out consultations, analyses and assessments.
Effective delegation of responsibility and authority within teams.
Ability to make tough decisions that resolve problems or improve operations.
Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa and English.
Strong communication skills.
High-level management skills and an exceptional leadership ability.
Structured and organised approach to work.
Drive to succeed and achieve challenging goals.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience in promoting business offerings to prospects and industry networks.

Qualifications
