Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage large-scale infrastructure, city development, and transportation projects.
Develop strategic plans for infrastructure development, city planning, and transportation networks.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver effective solutions.
Conduct financial analysis for infrastructure and city development projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
Provide guidance on large-scale engineering and construction projects, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Assist with real estate and facility-related projects, including strategic planning and operational improvements.
Develop strategies to make infrastructure projects more resilient to climate change and promote sustainability.
Help clients leverage digital technologies in their infrastructure and city development projects.

Requirements

Over 7 years of work experience gained in a lateral environment with a focus on Transportation, Cities and Infrastructures topics.
Experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda.
Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and enable leaders to drive change within organizations.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experience in international work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with a strong presence and leadership skills.
