Project Management Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develops alternatives to accomplish departmental planning objectives.
• Provides project communication, documentation and coordination independently.
• Assists in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department processes.
• Manage and coordinate networking projects from inception to completion.
• Defining and managing project scope, goals, financial aspects, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifying project resources required and assigning individual responsibilities.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, including meeting with stakeholders, and making project-related decisions.
• Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as required.

Requirements

• Two (2) years experience in project management, product development, business/financial analysis or systems design/development.
• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency with project management/planning software.
• Strong analytical organization and planning skills.
• Leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must pass FBI background check and obtain SIDA badge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline.
• Two years of relevant experience in project management or related fields.
