The Project Management Intern will assist the entire PDS team with day-to-day project specific efforts related to significant capital improvement and renovation projects across Ground LVL's portfolio. The role involves interaction with external project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, supporting project planning, design, and execution within a leading hotel private equity and hospitality management organization. Ground LVL focuses on servicing institutional owners in the private and public real estate industry, offering opportunities for enrolled undergraduate and graduate students to gain hands-on experience in hotel project management.
