About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project management team within the ETO sector to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Develop and implement project management processes and standards.
• Monitor project progress and address issues to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the ETO industry or related engineering fields.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).

• Relevant professional experience in project management.
