About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the project management of level of effort (LOE) type task orders for the USCG C5ISR integration and support.
• Works closely with project stakeholders and Government customers on all project costs, schedules, and performance issues that impact customer or contract requirements.
• Assists in the coordination of technical efforts and provides authorization for all project related expenditures including personnel labor, travel, ODCs, and material purchases.
• Manages fiscal year operational budgets using customer spend-plans, prime and subcontractor quotes, BOEs, EACs, and internal financial reporting systems.
• Prepares project deliverables (CDRLs) and financial reports for internal and customer project reviews and develops action plans and briefs for project status meetings.
• Adheres to all corporate financial and accounting policies and Government regulations applicable to the contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years or more of related experience; master's degree and six (6) years or more experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Proficient at developing and managing financial budgets.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle.
• Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs (Excel and Cost Point).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Previous project management experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard or Navy.
