Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and co-manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized projects from inception through completion.
• Partner with project owners and stakeholders to define project success and manage cross-functional resources.
• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including schedule, scope, quality, risk, and resource management.
• Align cross-functional teams to project goals and drive progress through proactive leadership and communication.
• Collaborate closely with project owners to ensure project objectives are met and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, risks, timelines, and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project governance including documentation, milestone tracking, testing, implementation, and post-implementation review.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, offering data-driven insights, risk assessments, and strategy support.
• Utilize industry best practices, healthcare innovation trends, and process improvement methodologies to guide project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-7 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success managing timelines, teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional or enterprise-level projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong ability to build relationships, foster collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
