About the Role

Our client is a proven leader in the communications industry, offering a professional level of cabling expertise to their partners. Having been around for over twenty years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry. Anistar is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the low voltage/Security/AV industry. The Project Manager is the overall manager for assigned project, ensuring that all contracted work is developed, implemented, installed, and managed in accordance with the Company's requirements, including safety, quality, management, and financial performance. The role involves managing staffing, materials, financials, customer care, and delivery goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline, and discharge all project-related staff, providing guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals.
Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
Plan for, manage, monitor, and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including preparation of invoices, customer collections, and periodic financial reporting.
Manage all related quality and safety issues on customer work.
Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
Act as the company liaison for interface with customer representatives.
Create, develop, and implement account process improvements.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
Experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the company.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project).
Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents, including specifications, reporting, and quality requirements.
Must meet company minimum driving standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to define a project, create a scope of work, develop detailed tasks, and manage to final completion and customer turnover.
Must be self-motivated, positive, professional, and able to lead others.
Must have problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and effective communication skills.
Must be able to travel within branch and regional territories as needed.
Must have the ability to learn company and customer project management systems.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Five years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Five years of experience in telecommunications or related field.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $120,000-130,000 per year.
