About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for a team leader to manage our Inventory and logistics team who are based on a Client's Data Center campus
• Analyze, investigate, and provide insights on operational key performance results
• Responsible for all elements of the service execution at the location as the single point of contact for key service stakeholders
• Manage a team of receiving associates and provide guidance and support
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods
• Implement and maintain processes for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory control team to maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in a warehouse/logistics role
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse roles
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
• Familiarity with materials handling equipment and techniques
• Knowledge of distribution center operations and logistics processes
• Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and data analysis
