About the Role

Peraton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our USCYBERCOM team. The role involves supporting cyber operations, managing project lifecycle requirements, and facilitating policy and technical documentation related to national security missions. The position is on-site at Fort Meade, MD, and offers the opportunity to work on critical national security programs within a leading mission capability integrator and enterprise IT provider.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end tracking and documentation requirements for the lifecycle of USCYBERCOM capabilities
Provide operational and technical risk assessments to support USCYBERCOM mission objectives
Identify operational and technical dependencies related to capability usage to support USCYBERCOM mission objectives
Recommend adjustments to USCYBERCOM policy that facilitate the delivery of software solutions to the warfighter while accounting for operational and technical risk
Facilitate sound data-driven analysis regarding timelines, dependencies, and points of frictions for the lifecycle of a capability
Review and provide comments on technical materials consisting of, but not limited to, technical documentation and reports, cyber policy and procedures, and planning materials
Assist in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of briefs, documents, training materials, guides, and reports
Coordinate and communicate with applicable staff elements, subordinate headquarters, service components, and agencies with cyberspace-related missions

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
US Citizen Required
Active TS/SCI Poly

Nice to Have

CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
10+ years of project management experience
