About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Purchasing Major Packages
• Provide Engineering / Layout
• Schedule / Monitor Job Progress with Monthly Cost to Completes
• Schedule Manpower
• Review / Process Submittals
• Price / Negotiate Change Orders
• Safety Administrator on their Projects
• Perform project management duties in accordance with the Company's project management template
• Conduct Jobsite visits
• Attend Project Meetings as required
• Bulk ordering materials based on layout
• Material and equipment releases
• Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

• Ability to perform in-person, in-office work 5 days per week
• Experience in project management within the electrical or communications industry
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to review and process submittals and change orders
• Knowledge of safety protocols on construction projects

Nice to Have

• Experience negotiating change orders
• Experience with project scheduling and cost monitoring
• Familiarity with electrical or communication industry standards

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project management or electrical/communications industry
• Ability to perform jobsite visits and safety administration
• Strong organizational skills
