Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Engage in both indirect and direct customer contact, such as visiting customer sites and attending trade shows, to increase sales.
• Collaborate with clients to develop proposals that meet their needs.
• Identify and develop new channels for providing value to customers.
• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of projects.
• Collaborate closely with clients and upper management to ensure projects are on schedule and within scope.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Construction and construction management knowledge.
• Sales and technical sales skills.
• Estimating and project safety knowledge.
• Project organization and execution skills.
• Development of sales opportunities and proposal experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Bluebeam, and CRM software.
• Strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Previous exposure to ethanol and bio processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
